Who we are
A story with distant roots
The Zappettificio factory has been in Alcamo since 1966, while SudZappa founded by Rosario Ruisi, a blacksmith who specialized in the agricultural tools sector and decided to expand his business to the direct manufacturing of spare parts for agricultural machines.
The tools designed and manufactured for working the land are manifold, and range from hoes to ploughshares for ploughs and ploughshares for tillers, from spades to knives for digging ditches, blades for choppers and brush cutters. A wide range of tools which today makes SudZappa one of the few companies in Italy that manufactures these pieces intended for mechanized agriculture.
Export beyond national borders
Today, SudZappa is chosen by important manufacturers of agricultural machinery, exporting its products, reaching an international market that has spread its identity as strictly ‘Made in Italy’ - to various European, African and Asian countries. A dense commercial network that has its roots in the excellence achieved on the production line, thanks to many years of experience, which today contributes to spreading Italian agricultural mechanization as one of the best in the world.
